Never share seed phrases or private keys. Zyber Pay should only ask you to approve actions you initiated.
Balance didn’t update: refresh the app, then re-check the transaction status in your wallet/explorer.
Card payment declined: verify the card is active, has balance, and the merchant supports virtual cards.
Still stuck: capture the transaction hash (or last 4 digits of the card) and contact support.
