Zyber Pay

Zyber Pay is the payments layer inside the Zyber Manage App. Use it to create your payment account, manage virtual cards, and fund credits.

What you can do

• Generate your Zyber Pay account.

• Manage account details and status.

• Convert crypto into in-app credits.

• Link existing virtual cards.

• Create new virtual cards.

• Purchase AI subscriptions with your card.

Quick start

Create your Zyber Pay account

Start here if this is your first time using Zyber Pay.

• Go to Account Generation

Fund credits

If you already have crypto, convert it directly to credits.

• Go to Crypto to Credits

Pay for subscriptions

Set up a virtual card, then use it to pay for AI providers.

• Go to Link your Virtual Cards

• Or Create a New Card

• Then Purchase Ai Subscriptions

Never share seed phrases or private keys. Zyber Pay should only ask you to approve actions you initiated.

Troubleshooting

• Balance didn’t update: refresh the app, then re-check the transaction status in your wallet/explorer.

• Card payment declined: verify the card is active, has balance, and the merchant supports virtual cards.

• Still stuck: capture the transaction hash (or last 4 digits of the card) and contact support.
