Remove your ZYBER account and all associated data permanently.
Before You Delete
Account deletion is permanent. All data, credits, and workspace history will be irrecoverably removed.

Deletion Process
Step 1: Access Account Settings
Log into ZYBER with your wallet
Navigate to Settings → Account
Scroll to Danger Zone
Step 2: Initiate Deletion
Click Request Account Deletion
Review the deletion warning
Confirm you understand the consequences
Step 3: 7-Day Cooldown Period
After requesting deletion:

Request submitted
1-6
Cooldown period (can cancel)
7
Account permanently deleted

Step 4: Final Deletion
After the cooldown period:
All data is permanently erased
Wallet address is disassociated
No recovery is possible
Cancelling Deletion
During the 7-day cooldown:
Connect your wallet to ZYBER
You'll see a banner: "Account scheduled for deletion"
Click Cancel Deletion
Confirm cancellation
Account restored to normal status
What Remains After Deletion
Your wallet
Unaffected (ZYBER never had access)
Your funds
Unaffected
Blockchain records
Payment transactions remain on-chain
Your identity
No longer associated with ZYBER

Re-Creating an Account
After deletion, you can create a new account:
Connect the same (or different) wallet
Sign the authentication message
New account created with zero credits
Previous data is not recoverable
Export Before Deleting
We recommend exporting your data before deletion:
Go to Settings → Export Data
Download usage history
Download session logs
Save for your records

Q: Can I get a refund on unused credits? A: No, credits are non-refundable. Use them before requesting deletion.
Q: Can I transfer credits to another wallet? A: Not currently. Each account's credits are non-transferable.
Q: What if I accidentally delete my account? A: During the 7-day cooldown, you can cancel. After that, deletion is permanent.
Q: Will my wallet be flagged if I create a new account? A: No. You can freely create new accounts with any wallet.
